By purchasing a ticket to Little Blue River Wellness Festival & Two-Day Camping I agree and acknowledge that:

I am fully aware that participation in this activity may involve risks and accept all the risks of participation. 

I will progress at my own pace, understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured. 

I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation in any and all classes and this festival. 

I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Little Blue River Yoga, Shyla Sharp, and Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of my participation. 

I shall not now, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against Little Blue River Yoga, Shyla Sharp, Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, and/or any other person who may vend, teach, or present at the Little Blue River Wellness Festival. This waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assignees. 

I agree and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions on the Terms & Conditions page of this website. 

I grant Little Blue River Yoga permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters, videos and Web use), in perpetuity. 

 Upon entering the property, I will sign a waiver confirming all the above and below to be true, acknowledged, and understood. 

Wellness Festival โ€“ Terms & Conditions 

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms to ensure a safe, respectful, and uplifting experience for all.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Tickets & Admission 

  • Tickets are non-refundable. 

  • Tickets are transferable upon communication between host and ticket holder.

  • ID is required upon entry to validate ticket purchase. 

 

๐Ÿง˜ Participation & Responsibility 

  • All activities (workshops, classes, yoga, movement, breathwork, etc.) are voluntary

  • By participating, you affirm that you are physically and mentally fit to engage in such activities. 

  • Please consult your doctor prior to attending if you have medical concerns. 

 

๐ŸŒฑ Code of Conduct 

  • This is a respect-based space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

  • Treat facilitators, fellow participants, and the land with kindness and care. 

  • Anyone violating community standards may be removed from the event without refund. 

 

๐Ÿƒ Drugs, Alcohol & Substances 

  • This is a substance-free event

  • No illegal substances or recreational drug use is permitted. 

  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted. 

 

๐ŸŒฟ Environment & Cleanliness 

  • Leave no trace. Please dispose of all waste properly and respect the natural environment. 

  • Campfires must follow local safety rules and only be built in designated areas. 

๐Ÿ“ธ Media & Photography 

  • By attending, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. 

  • If you do not wish to appear in any content, notify a staff member at check-in. 

 

โš ๏ธ Liability Waiver 

  • Participation is at your own risk. 

  • Little Blue River Wellness Festival, Little Blue River Yoga, Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, Shyla Sharp, its organizers, vendors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, theft, or property damage during the event. 

  • You agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any claims resulting from participation. 

 

๐ŸŒฆ๏ธ Weather & Cancellation 

  • The event is held rain or shine. 

  • In case of weather-related safety issues or emergencies, the schedule may be adjusted. 

Camping Terms & Conditions 

By entering and/or staying at Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. 

๐Ÿ“… Check-In / Check-Out 

  • Check-in: September 26th, 11am | Check-out: September 28th, 11am 

  • Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees. 

๐Ÿคซ Quiet Hours 

  • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am

  • Please be respectful of other campers and keep noise to a minimum during this time. 

๐Ÿ”ฅ Campfires

  • Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. 

  • Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping. 

  • Obey all local fire bans or restrictions. 

๐Ÿพ Pets 

  • Pets are not permitted this year of 2025. 

๐Ÿšฎ Trash

  • Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace. 

  • Use designated trash and recycling bins.

๐Ÿป Alcohol & Substances 

  • Alcohol is not permitted. 

  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. 

๐Ÿ”’ Safety & Behavior 

  • Campers are responsible for their own safety. 

  • Tents and canopies must be safely anchored into the ground. 

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the property without refund. 

  • Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. 

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Children 

  • There will be no persons under the age of 18 permitted, this year of 2025. 

๐Ÿ”’ Liability 

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, Shyla Sharp, and Little Blue River Yoga are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property. 

  • By staying at the campground, you agree to waive liability and accept all risks associated with camping. 

๐Ÿ’ธ Cancellations & Refunds 

  • No refunds permitted. 

๐ŸŽฃ Fishing 

  • Allowed in designated areas only. 

  • A valid fishing license is required, where applicable. 

  • Only included per camping ticket. Not included with Festival General Admission Ticket. 

๐Ÿšค Boating 

  • No gas or motor boats are allowed. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

  • Only included per camping ticket. Not included with Festival General Admission Ticket. 

  • All boaters must wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets at all times while on the water. 

  • Boats must be launched and docked only at designated areas. 

  • No boating after dark. 

๐ŸŒŠ Lake Use 

  • No swimming allowed this year of 2025. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

  • Only permitting fishing and kayak/paddleboat launch. 

Terms & Conditions for Boat Launch & Use on Private Property

By launching or using a boat on this private property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

 

โš ๏ธ Assumption of Risk & Liability 

  • You acknowledge that boating carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, collision, or property damage. 

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and the actions of anyone in your party while on or near the water. 

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of boats, docks, or water access areas. 

 

โ›ต Boat Eligibility 

  • Only paddleboats and kayaks are permitted. 

  • All boats must be in safe, operable condition and comply with applicable local boating regulations. 

  • Personal watercraft (e.g., jet skis) [are/are not] allowed

 

๐Ÿฆบ Safety Requirements 

  • Life jackets must be worn at all times by all persons on the boat. 

  • Boating is allowed only during daylight hours. 

  • No boating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

๐Ÿ“ Use of Dock & Launch Area 

  • Use designated launch/dock areas only. 

  • Do not obstruct othersโ€™ access to the dock or shoreline. 

 

๐ŸŸ Fishing & Wildlife 

  • Fishing must comply with local licensing and regulation laws. 

  • Do not disturb wildlife or damage natural surroundings. 

 

๐Ÿ”’ Property Access & Conduct 

  • Respect all posted signs and property boundaries. 

  • Disorderly or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the property. 

  • Property owner reserves the right to revoke boat access at any time. 

 

โœ๏ธ Agreement 

By launching a boat or accessing the waterfront, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You waive any claims against the property owner for incidents arising from your use of the water or related facilities.
